摘要
针对有色金属加工企业内部生产过程中,物料在不同加工工序存放、转运、货位调动直至最终入库过程中存在的各种问题,提出了设计方案。通过计算机信息处理、网络通信技术、智能运输设备等手段,实现企业从生产、物料运输、仓储等基本活动环节的智能化运作和高效率优化管理,提高企业的仓储管理水平,降低成本,减少资源消耗。能够更好更快地实现铝板带企业内生产过程物料流转智能化、物流信息实时性、可视化,为企业实施智能制造打下基础。
In this paper,a design scheme is proposed to solve the problems existing in the storage,transfer,location transfer and final warehousing of materials in the internal production process of non-ferrous metal processing enterprises.Based on computer information processing,network communication technology,intelligent transportation equipment and other means,the enterprise from production,material transportation,storate and other basic activities of intelligent operation and efficient optimization management can be realized,and the enterprise’s storage management level can be improved,cost and resourse consumption can be reduced.Thus,it can better and faster realize the intelligent material flow,real-time logistics information and visualization in the production process of aluminum plate belt enterprises,and lay the foundation for the implementation of intelligent manufacturing in enterprises.
