摘要
在电力营销业务中,稽查是针对供电单位内部违规操作进行内控的重要机制,是电力营销流程中风险管理的有效且必要手段。文章所述的稽查机器人是一种基于RPA技术,结合一套逻辑判断模型来代替以往由人工进行电力营销稽查的数字化应用技术,重点从数据获取、数据处理、數据输出三个方面梳理了自动化流程涉及的数据需求及处理标准,保证了后期机器人的设计和实施。
In the power marketing business,inspection is an important mechanism for internal control over illegal operations within power supply units,and an effective and necessary means of risk management in the power marketing process.The inspection robot described in this paper is based on RPA technology and combines a set of logical judgment models to replace the digital application technology of manual power marketing inspeetion.It focuses on sorting out the data requirements and processing standards involved in the automation process from three aspects of data acquisition,data processing and data output,ensuring the design and implementation of the robot in the later stage.
