随着医疗卫生事业改革的不断推进,以及大数据等技术的发展和应用,医院也十分重视数字化和信息化建设,结合医院的实际情况和现实需要,努力构建集“管理、医疗、服务”于一体的智慧医院系统,以提高医疗服务效率和质量。但是,在医疗大数据背景下,医院也存在诸多风险,对数据治理与质量提升提出了更高要求。文章针对医疗大数据背景下的数据治理与质量提升提出相关建议和对策,旨在降低医院数据风险,以及提高数据利用效率、医疗管理服务等。

With the development and application of big data and other technologies,hospitals also attach importance to the construction of digitalization and informationization,and combine the actual situation and needs of hospitals,try to construct the intelligent hospital system of"management,medical treatment and service",and improve the efficiency and quality of medical service.However,there are many risks in hospitals under the background of medical big data,which make higher demands on data management and quality improvement.This paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for data management and quality improvement under the background of medical big data,hoping to reduce the risk of hospital data,improve the efficiency of data utilization,medical management services and so on.
