摘要
研究了纸铝塑复合包装再生塑料的主要成分,对其进行马来酸酐(MAH)接枝改性研究,并应用于尼龙增韧,得到综合性能优异,性价比高的尼龙合金材料,充分发挥再生塑料的经济价值。通过分析得出利乐包再生塑料的成分为低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)和线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE),并含有少量聚丙烯(PP)和乙烯丙烯酸共聚物(EAA);再生塑料接枝马来酸酐后可提升与尼龙的相容性,提高尼龙缺口冲击强度,其中使用过氧化-2-乙基己酸叔丁酯(TBEC)低温反应接枝的再生塑料对尼龙6(PA6)的缺口冲击强度提高最为明显,质量分数20%接枝物可以将PA6缺口冲击强度从4 kJ/m^(2)最高提到18 kJ/m^(2);将再生塑料与聚烯烃弹性体(POE)进行共接枝,随POE比例的提高,增韧效果也明显提高,当添加20%接枝物(基体树脂POE含量50%)后,PA6缺口冲击强度达到33 kJ/m^(2)。
The main components of recycled plastics in paper-aluminum-plastic composite packaging were studied.The graft modification of maleic anhydride(MAH)on recycled plastics was studied and applied it to nylon toughening.A nylon alloy material with excellent comprehensive performance and high cost performance was obtained,which fully utilized the economic value of recycled plastics.Through analysis,it is concluded that the composition of Tetra Pak recycled plastic is low density polyethylene(LDPE)and linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE),and contains a small amount of polypropylene and ethylene acrylic acid copolymer(EAA).Recycled plastic grafted with maleic anhydride can improve the compatibility with nylon and improve the notched impact strength of nylon.The impact strength of nylon 6(PA6)is significantly improved by the recycled plastic grafted with tert-butyl peroxy-2-ethylhexanoate(TBEC)at low temperature and adding 20%graft can increase the notched impact strength of PA6 from 4 kJ/m^(2)to 18 kJ/m^(2).When the recycled plastic and polyolefin elastomer(POE)are co-grafted,with the increase of the POE ratios,the toughening effect is also significantly improved.When the POE ratio is 50%,the impact strength of PA6 could reach 33 kJ/m^(2)after adding 20%of the graft.
