CF含量对CF/GP/PES激光烧结件力学性能及导电性能的影响

摘要 采用选择性激光烧结成形技术制备碳纤维/石墨/聚醚砜树脂(CF/GP/PES)复合粉末烧结件,研究不同CF含量对CF/GP/PES烧结件显微组织、力学性能及导电性能的影响。结果表明,随着CF含量的增加,烧结件的拉伸强度和弯曲强度呈现先升高后降低的趋势,当CF质量分数在1%时,烧结件的拉伸强度和弯曲强度最大,CF的添加能够起到降低烧结件的电阻率、提升电导率的作用。 Carbon fiber/graphite/polyethersulfone resin(CF/GP/PES)composite powder sintered parts were prepared by selective laser sintering.The effects of different CF contents on the microstructure,mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of CF/GP/PES sintered parts were studied.The results show that with the increase of CF contents,the tensile strength and bending strength of sintered parts increase first and then decrease.When CF content is 1%,the tensile strength and bending strength of sintered parts could reach the maximum.The addition of CF could decrease the electrical resistivity and improve conductivity of CF/GP/PES sintered parts.
