超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法检测化妆品中36种抗感染药物 被引量:2

Determination of 36 Anti-infection Drugs in Cosmetics by Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry

摘要 结合化妆品检测日常标准应用遇到的实际问题,实验室对样品前处理、色谱条件等进行了优化.采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法,多反应监测(MRM)扫描方式,同时监测正负离子,以保留时间和特征离子对的相对丰度比定性检测了138批次化妆品中36种抗感染药物非法添加的情况,并通过基质标准曲线外标法来确定样品含量.优化后的方法在相应的浓度范围内其质量浓度和峰面积的线性关系良好(r?0.99),平均基质加标回收率在84.1%~118.0%,相对偏差不大于6.0%. 138批次的检测样品中,1批次宣称具有止痒功效的样品检出非法添加酮康唑.本文的优化方法准确、可靠,适用于化妆品中36种抗感染药物的快速筛查及含量测定. Basing on the practical problems encountered in the daily standard application of cosmetics,the laboratory optimized it such as sample pretreatment,chromatographic conditions,etc.The method was based on ultra high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS),Multiple Reaction Monitoring(MRM)scanning mode was adopted,positive and negative ions were monitored at the same time.The retention time and the relative abundance ratio of characteristic ion pairs were used for qualitative analysis to detect the illegal addition of 36 anti infective drugs in 138 batches of cosmetics,and the sample content was calculated by matrix standard curve.The optimized method had a good linear relationship between concentration and peak area in the corresponding concentration range(0.99 r³),the average recovery of matrix standard addition was 84.1%~118.0%,and the relative deviation was no more than 6.0%.In the 138 batches of samples,one batch claimed antipruritic effec t detected the illegal addition of ketoconazole.It shows that the optimized method is accurate and reliable,and is suitable for rapid screening and content determination of 36 anti infective drugs in cosmetic s.
