Research on Influencing Factors in Construction Materials Price Fluctuation Based on the Grounded Theory

建筑材料的价格波动不仅会影响建筑企业的经济效益,还会影响工程项目进度目标与质量目标的实现.为提升建筑企业的材料采购调控以及成本管理能力.本文以建筑材料的价格波动为研究对象,运用扎根理论方法,收集整理资料后进行三级编码,对建筑材料价格波动影响因素进行全面识别,构建了建筑材料价格波动影响因素模型.结合价格理论与产业链原理,解释了建筑材料价格波动的影响因素,不仅能帮助建材采购者更全面地了解建材价格波动现象,也为建筑承包企业构建建材价格波动预警模型提供理论参考.

The price fluctuation of construction materials affects not only the economic benefits of construction enterprises,but also whether they can complete projects on schedule and quality goals.In order to improve construction enterprises’material procurement regulation and cost management,this study took the price fluctuation of building materials as the research object,adopted the methods of the grounded theory,collected and sorts the data,carried on the three-level coding,conducted a comprehensive identification of the influencing factors in the price fluctuation of building materials,and constructed an influencing factors model.Combining the price theory and industrial chain principle,it also explored and explained the influencing factors of construction material price fluctuation,which can help buyers of building materials to understand the phenomenon of building material price fluctuation more comprehensively.The research results can provide a rational reference for construction contracting enterprises to build an early warning model of building material price fluctuation.
