摘要
为了研究含孔边裂纹钢板的屈曲性能,本文使用SANS万能试验机对200块含孔边裂纹板进行了轴心受压试验,并通过得到的实验数据,研究裂纹的位移、长度和倾斜角等参数对其极限荷载和屈曲系数的影响.接着采用有限元法对试验屈曲系数的影响因素进行了细化分析,得出了含孔边裂纹钢板的屈曲系数经验公式,并通过位移-荷载曲线研究了初始屈曲荷载与极限荷载之间的关系.相比以往的屈曲系数经验公式,本文公式更接近工程实际.
In order to study the buckling properties of the steel plates with holes,edges and cracks,the SANS universal testing machine was used to carry out the axial compression test on 200 plates with holes,edges and cracks.The effects of displacement,length and inclination angle of cracks on the ultimate load and buckling coefficient were studied using the experimental data.Then the finite element method was used to analyze the influencing factors of the experimental buckling coefficient,and an empirical f ormula of buckling coefficient of steel plate with holes,edges and crack was obtained,and the relationship between the initial buckling load and the ultimate load was studied through displacements and load c urves.Compared with the previous empirical formula of buckling coefficient,the formula in this paper is closer to the engineering reality.
