Countermeasures of Cultivating Innovative Archival Talents Based on the Cooperation of Government,Industry,University and Research

本文从政产学研的基础理论入手,分析现阶段创新型档案人才培养存在的问题,提出充分发挥政府、高校、企业和科研机构多方合作作用,优化整合各方资源的有益于人才发展的一套应对措施。

Starting with the basic theory of cooperation of government,industry,university and research,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of innovative archival talents at the present stage,and puts forward a set of measures beneficial to the development of talents that give full play to the multi-cooperation among the government,universities,enterprises and scientific research institutions and optimize and integrate all kinds of resources.
