摘要
针对拔尖人才培养这道艰深命题,兰州大学萃英学院以“七育”培养理念为核心进行培养体系的设计与实践,聚焦学生全面发展、综合素质提升、创新思维与个性化培养,通过拔尖学生培养模式的改革与创新,建立人才培养的“一、三、四、七、十”培养体系,并开展了一系列较深入的分析、思考与实践,为后续拔尖人才的培养提供了参考。
Designing and practicing the"seven disciplines"concept as the core training system of Cuiying College of Lanzhou University is a good example for how to deal with the difficult proposition of top-notch tal⁃ent education.By focusing on students'all-round development,innovative thinking training,comprehensive quality improvement and personalized training,through reforming and innovating top-notch student training programs,we establish the training system"one,three,four,seven and ten"for top-notch talent education,and do more in-depth analysis,reflection and summary of the system,which may provide some valuable reference for the training of top-notch talents.
