摘要
文章基于历史制度主义视角对英国职业教育制度变迁的历史逻辑和制度逻辑进行分析。英国职业教育制度经历了4个阶段,以个人需求、产业需求和国家需求为推动力,克服了企业积极性欠缺和政府主动性欠缺的问题,实现了职业教育制度变迁模式的转化。对我国职业教育发展具有参考和借鉴意义:转变轻视职业教育的文化观念,兼顾职业教育相关各方需求,加强与相关产业的合作。
Based on the perspective of historical institutionalism,this research analyzes the historical logic and institutional logic of the institutional change of British vocational education.The British vocational educa⁃tion system has gone through four stages.Driven by personal demand,industrial demand and national demand,it has overcome the problems of lack of enterprise enthusiasm and lack of government initiative,and realized the transformation of the change mode of vocational education system.This provides a reference for the develop⁃ment of vocational education in China:changing the cultural concept of belittling vocational education,taking into account the needs of all parties involved in vocational education;strengthen cooperation with relevant in⁃dustries.
