数字经济推动乡村振兴的双重中介路径研究

Research on the Dual Mediation Path of Promoting Rural Revitalization by Digital Economy

发挥数字经济推动乡村振兴的驱动作用和赋能效应,是现阶段探索“数字+乡村”逻辑下巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果和乡村振兴有效衔接的重要可行路径。应用结构方程模型(SEM)、AMOS软件,以及Bootstrap和PROCESS宏程序做实证分析和中介效应检验,结果显示:数字经济能够通过数字新基建和数字新政策促进乡村振兴,其中数字新基建和数字新政策的中介效应占比分别约为2%、18.6%,数字新政策的中介作用要强于数字新基建;数字新政策在促进产业数字化转型和居民消费升级上的中介作用要强于数字新基建,两者中介效应在总效应中的占比分别为34.85%、32.93%;但是,数字新政策在促进乡村现代化治理上的中介效应要弱于数字新基建,数字新基建中介效应在总效应中的占比为20.27%。据此,本文提出相应的政策建议,为进一步推动数字经济赋能乡村振兴贡献价值。

Giving full play to the driving role and enabling effect of the digital economy in promoting rural revitalization is an important and feasible path to consolidate and expand the effective connection between the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization under the logic of“digital+village”at this stage.The data of this study is from the questionnaire of the research group,the application of structural equation model(SEM)and AMOS software,as well as Bootstrap and PROCESS macro program for empirical analysis and mediation effect test.The results show that the digital economy can promote rural revitalization through digital new infrastructure and digital new policies,of which the intermediary effect of digital new infrastructure and digital new policies accounts for about 2%and 18.6%,and the intermediary effect of digital new policies is stronger than that of digital new infrastructure.Second,the intermediary role of the new digital policy in promoting the digital transformation of the industry and the upgrading of people’s livelihood consumption is stronger than that of the new digital infrastructure,and the proportion of the intermediary effect in the total effect is 34.85%and 32.93%respectively.However,the intermediary effect of the new digital policy in promoting the modernization of rural governance is weaker than that of the new digital infrastructure,and the intermediary effect of digital new infrastructure accounts for 20.27%of the total effect.Based on this,this paper puts forward corresponding policy recommendations to further promote the research on rural revitalization empowered by the digital economy.
