新时代高校辅导员心理育人的困境及对策

心理育人工作是高校思想政治教育工作的重要组成部分,是辅导员工作的职责和内容,对大学生全面发展具有重要的现实意义。当前,高校辅导员开展心理育人工作面临自身水平有限、学校平台不健全、网络环境复杂多变等现实困境。提升高校辅导员心理育人水平,须从微观突围,紧扣新时代对辅导员素质的全新要求,进行科学、全面、系统的规划设计;从中观入手,完善高校辅导员心理育人的发展平台;从宏观着眼,营造尊师重教的优良社会环境。

Psychological education is an important part of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and it is also the duty and content of counselors,which is of great practical significance to the overall development of college students.At present,college counselors are faced with such difficulties as limited level of psychological education,imperfect school platform,complex and changeable network environment.In order to improve the psychological education level of college counselors,it is necessary to break through from the microlevel and carry out scientific,comprehensive and systematic planning and design according to the new requirements of counselors’quality in the new era.From the medium perspective,the development platform of psychological education for college counselors should be unblocked.From a macro point of view,a good social environment of respecting teachers and education should be created.
