河北省交通类院校新能源汽车技术专业人才培养体系研究

Research on Professional Talent Training System of New Energy Vehicle Technologies in Transportation Colleges and Universities in Hebei Province

河北省全面建设经济强省、美丽河北,推进雄安新区建设工作的背景下,需要大批高素质复合型技术技能人才,为此交通类院校有必要进一步优化新能源汽车技术专业人才培养体系,依照人才培养的现代诉求与理论工具,能够打造高质量教师队伍、建设高水平实训基地、确认影响因子、创新与丰富人才培养模式、加强人才培养质量的评价与评估。

To build an economically strong and beautiful Hebei province and promote the construction of Xiong’an New Area,a large number of high-quality talents with multiple techniques and skills are in need.Therefore,it is necessary for transportation institutions to further optimize the training system of new energy automobile technologies.In light of the current demands and theoretical tools of personnel training,these colleges and universities should have the capacity to foster a quality teaching team,build top-level training bases,identify influencing factors,innovate and enrich talent training mode,as well as strengthen the evaluation of training quality.
