企业需求与高职院校学生就业软实力提升策略

Strategy on Improving Employment Soft Power for Vocational College Students Based on Enterprise Demand

通过对高职院校毕业生、高职院校毕业生就业企业进行调查发现,高职院校学生在就业软实力发展上普遍存在一些共性问题,并对就业软实力意义及内涵进行了进一步分析,从学校层次、社会层次、学生自我三个层次提出了基于企业需求的高职院校学生就业软实力提升策略,以期对高职学校学生就业软实力提升有一定的启示。

This paper,based on a survey on graduates from vocational colleges and enterprises in which they work,shows that there exit common problems on students'employment soft power.After analyzing the significance and meaning of such strength,it proposes strategies to improve graduates'employment soft power according to the requirements of companies from three levels,including institutions,the society and students themselves.The study is expected to offer insight into enhancing college students'job competitiveness.
