摘要
城市物流企业构建的共同配送联盟通常采用横向的物流合作,该模式下常常会形成子联盟。为解决具有子联盟的共同配送联盟利润分配问题,引入子联盟贡献超额,并以此为基础构建使联盟整体不满意度最小的二次规划模型,据此获得考虑子联盟贡献的最小二乘解,证明其具有有效性、唯一性、可加性等性质。最后,对城市物流企业进行成本核算,并通过共同配送联盟案例验证了该策略的合理性与实用性。考虑子联盟贡献的利润分配策略能够有效解决共同配送联盟利润分配问题,保证联盟各方均可获得满意的利润。
Joint distribution alliance constructed by urban logistics enterprises usually adopts horizontal logistics cooperation,and sub-alliances are often formed under this mode.In order to solve the profit allocation problem of the joint distribution alliance with sub-alliance,the contribution excess of sub-alliance was introduced,and the quadratic programming model which minimized the overall dissatisfaction of the alliance was constructed based on this model.The least squares solution considering the contribution of sub-alliance was obtained,which was proved to be effective,unique and additive.Finally,cost accounting was conducted for urban logistics enterprises,and the rationality and practicability of the strategy was verified by the case of joint distribution alliance.It can be seen that the profit allocation strategy considering the contribution of sub-alliance can effectively solve the problem of profit allocation of joint distribution alliance and ensure that all parties in the alliance can obtain satisfactory profits.
