基于模糊数学方法的直井分段压裂选层组合优化设计 被引量:1

摘要 深层砂砾岩储层进行直井分段压裂改造对保持胜利油田稳产增产具有重要意义,而分段压裂实施的关键在于对纵向各小层进行最佳的选层组合设计。首先统计分析胜利油田东辛采油厂深层沙砾岩储层分段压裂井例的数据,得到了一个根据储层纵向跨度确定分段数的经验方法。然后应用直觉模糊多属性决策方法,对包括储层物性、岩性以及岩石力学性质在内的9项参数进行直觉三角模糊数转换并构造出综合评价矩阵,计算反映各小层综合性质的相对贴进度并以此进行选层组合设计。实际井例应用表明,本文得出的分段压裂选层组合设计结果与现场成功实施的分段压裂选层组合设计一致,同时本文方法使用起来更简便和客观准确。该方法为直井分段压裂选层组合设计提供了一种定量解决思路,为建设智慧油田和保持油田稳产增效提供了技术支持。 The staged fracturing of vertical wells in deep glutenite reservoirs is of great significance to maintain the stable production and increase production in Shengli Oilfield,and the key to staged fracturing lies in the optimal combination design of vertical layers.Firstly,the data of staged fracturing wells in Dongxin Oil Production Plant of Shengli Oilfield were statistically analyzed,and an empirical method for determining the number of segments according to the longitudinal span of reservoirs was obtained.Then,using intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making method,9 parameters including reservoir physical properties,lithology and rock mechanical properties were transformed by intuitionistic triangular fuzzy number,and a comprehensive evaluation matrix ws constructed.The relative closeness degree reflecting the comprehensive properties of each layer was calculated and used for the design of layer selection and combination.The application of this method to the actual well shows that the results of the layer combination design are consistent with the layer combination successfully implemented in the field,as well as the method of this paper is easier to use and more objective and accurate.A quantitative solution for the layer combination design of staged fracturing in vertical wells is proposed by using this method,which provides technical support for the construction of smart oilfield and the maintenance of stable production.
