Historical Experience,Theoretical Logic and New Era Path of Anti-Corruption Governance Since the Centenary of the CPC

建党百年来,中国共产党反贪污治理的历史共经历了初步探索、曲折探索、稳步发展、走向成熟四个阶段,其背后隐含着理论与实践的双重逻辑。反贪污治理是马克思主义建党学说与中国革命实践相结合的产物,是马克思主义同中华优秀传统文化的结晶。反贪污治理体现着突出明晰的演进脉络,即治理内容具体化、治理手段法治化、治理制度系统化。在新时代,若想全面推进反贪污治理的伟大实践,必须进一步坚持党的领导,坚持教育与治理相结合,坚持思想与制度相支撑,坚持纪律与法律相衔接,走一条法纪协调的道路。

Since the founding of the party for a hundred years,the history of the Communist Party of China’s anti-corruption governance has gone through four stages:initial exploration,tortuous exploration,steady development,and maturity.Behind it,there is a dual logic of theory and practice.First of all,anti-corruption governance is the product of the combination of the Marxist theory of party building and the practice of the Chinese revolution,and the crystallization of Marxism and the excellent traditional Chinese culture.Secondly,the anti-corruption governance reflects a prominent and clear evolutionary context,that is,the specific governance content,the legalization of governance methods,and the systematization of governance systems.In the new era,if we want to comprehensively promote the great practice of anti-corruption governance,we must further adhere to the leadership of the party,the combination of education and governance,the support of ideology and system,the connection between discipline and law,and take a road of harmony between law and discipline.
