Through the review of the relevant research results of Chinese traditional administrative ideology,the paper seeks out the production and connotation framework of traditional administrative ideology research,and analyzes the effectiveness of these research results on the construction of China’s traditional administrative ideology.The development of the Chinese traditional administrative ideology is actually the academic discourse of the dichotomy of“politics”and“administration”in the West.However,due to the peculiarity of the Chinese traditional political ideology,which is actively in practical use,although the concept of Chinese traditional administrative ideology seems to be presupposed as a conceptual value being,it is actually the specific operation of the traditional political ideology,that is,it plays the role in administrative practice of the traditional political ideology.The meaning and value of Chinese traditional administrative ideology is actually the relationship between“body”and“use”of Chinese traditional political ideology.Under the dual category cognition of value and practice of the separation and integration of politics and administration,it also contains a special image of“cutting moon’s image in mountains and rivers”.In this basic framework and understanding horizon,we will further consider the internal logic and practical effects of Chinese traditional administrative ideology,and complete the systematic theoretical creation of Chinese traditional administrative ideology from the perspective of fusion of horizons.
