摘要
为提高生产效率、管理效率和质量管控水平,以外高桥造船SWS TIME管子MES模块为例,对传统造船制管生产方式的弊端进行分析。对管子制作的设计、计划、派工、制造、管理全流程进行数字化转型,并借助手机和掌上电脑进行人机交互。研究成果可为船厂数字化转型提供一定参考。
In order to improve production efficiency,management efficiency and quality control level,taking SWS TIME pipe MES module as an example to analyze the disadvantages of traditional shipbuilding pipe production mode.The whole process of design,planning,dispatching,manufacturing and management of pipe production is digitally transformed,and human-computer interaction is carried out with the help of mobile phones and handheld computers.The research results can provide some references for the digital transformation of shipyards.
