Recommended Standards for the Mouth of Pipe Protection before Blocks Sand Blasting

为降低船舶建造过程中管道被钢砂污染的频率,减少其对设备造成的伤害,基于某典型管道钢砂污染案例,对原理、材料、实施、检验等多个环节进行全面梳理,指出常见的管口保护错误做法与正确参照示例,并在现场实践的基础上总结出一套适用于国内造船厂分段管口防喷砂保护的标准性做法。研究成果可为船厂制定管口保护作业基准提供一定参考.

In order to reduce the frequency of pipeline being polluted by steel sand during ship building and reduce the damage to equipment caused by steel sand,based on a typical case of steel sand pollution of pipeline,the principle,materials,implementation,inspection and other aspects are comprehensively combed,common wrong practices and correct reference examples of mouth of pipe protection are pointed out,and a set of standard practices applicable to sand blasting protection of mouth of pipe in domestic shipyards is summarized based on field practice.The research results can provide some references for shipyards to establish the operation standard of mouth of pipe protection.
