摘要
为减少人为错误,提高效率及过程质量可控性,采用质量管理体系过程方法对该信息化系统所涉及的工序流程进行分析,并根据工序流转特点以及质量管理体系监视和测量要求进行系统软硬件的融合设计。以期通过对产线信息化可追溯系统的建设研究,实现过程数据信息的动态跟踪。研究成果可为工业制造产线与信息化建设的深度融合探索提供参考。
In order to reduce human errors,improve efficiency and process quality controllability,the quality management system process method is used to analyze the process flow involved in the information system,and the system software and hardware integration design is carried out according to the process flow characteristics and quality management system monitoring and measurement requirements.It is expected to realize the dynamic tracking of process data information through the research on the construction of the traceability system of production line information.The research results can provide some references for the exploration of deep integration of industrial manufacturing production line and information construction.
