摘要
针对深远海原油外输成本高、效率低的问题,提出一种“浮式生产储油卸油船+原油转驳船+常规油轮”的原油转驳外输作业模式,将浮式生产储油卸油船处理的原油经原油转驳船过驳到常规油轮上,并设计满足该模式的深远海多功能原油转驳船。研究表明:深远海多功能原油转驳船可降低原油外输的成本,提高我国深远海原油输送装备的国际竞争力。研究成果可为原油转驳船的设计提供一定参考。
In view of the problems of high cost and low efficiency of crude oil transportation in the far-reaching sea,a crude oil transfer and export operation mode of"floating production,storage and offloading+cargo transfer vessel+conventional oil tanker"is proposed.The crude oil processed by the floating production,storage and offloading is transferred to the conventional oil tanker through the cargo transfer vessel,and a multi-functional crude oil barge meeting this mode is designed.The research shows that the multi-functional crude oil barge in the far-reaching sea can reduce the cost of crude oil export and improve the international competitiveness of China's deep-water and offshore crude oil transportation equipment.The research results can provide some references for the design of crude oil barge.
