摘要
近年来,相关部门针对教材培训尤其是中小学教材培训管理,出台了一系列规定,为规范教材培训服务管理提供了重要的依据,也为各级行政部门监督检查提供了基本遵循,有利于全面提高教材培训服务质量,构建良好的教材培训服务生态。文章以某教育出版系统中小学思政课教材培训服务为切入点,分析其当前面临的一些现实挑战,从问卷调查的视角出发,提出坚持价值引领、明确服务导向、突出管理创新等方面的管理建议,以提高教材培训服务管理的质量。
In recent years,a series of regulations have been formulated on coursebook training,especially on the management of coursebook training services for primary and secondary school teachers.These regulations serve as an important basis for standardizing the training services,and lay the foundation for the supervision and inspection by administrative authorities at all levels,thus fostering a comprehensive improvement of the training quality,and contributing to a healthy ecology of training services.From the perspective of an educational publishing group,this paper centers on the ideological and political coursebook training services for primary and secondary school teachers,analyzes the current challenges faced by the publishing group,and puts forward some suggestions on the management of training services,such as upholding mainstream values,providing service-oriented training programs,and exploring management innovations.It is expected that these suggestions would help improve the quality of coursebook training services.
