目前,业财融合已经在绝大多数行业成功应用,特别是建筑行业。考虑到EPCO模式已经成为建筑行业的主流业务模式,为了摆脱传统业务模式下建设分包、拖延时间、效率低下、沟通不畅等状况,文章主要探讨EPCO模式下业财融合体系的构建和应用,对EPCO模式下业财融合存在的问题进行分析,并构建了对应的解决方案,希望以此提高EPCO模式下的企业运营效率和管理水平,同时也为其他商业模式下业财融合体系的构建和应用提供借鉴和参考。

At present,industry finance integration has been successfully applied in most industries,especially in the construction industry.Considering that the EPCO mode has become the mainstream business mode in the construction industry,in order to get rid of the situations such as construction subcontracting,time delay,low efficiency and poor communication under the traditional business mode,the article mainly discusses the construction and application of the industry finance integration system under the EPCO(engineering procurement construction,operation)mode,analyzes the problems existing in the industry finance integration,and constructs the corresponding solutions.In this way,we hope to improve the operating efficiency and management level of enterprises under the EPCO model,and also provide reference for the construction and application of industry finance integration system under other business models.
