基于财务视角下化工类项目管理的问题及对策研究

Problems and countermeasures of chemical project management from the perspective of finance study

化工产业是我国重要的支柱产业,在国民经济中发挥重要作用。近年来,由于化工产业转型升级加快、宏观经济复杂因素累加、综合投资环境出现新变化等原因,业界对化工类项目管理要求明显提高。化工类项目兼具技术领域的复杂性、政策领域的宏观性、财务领域的综合性和管理领域的多维性,从财务视角出发优化化工类项目的管理,对化工企业的健康发展和投资的有效回报具有重要意义。文章从项目管理的事前、事中、事后的全流程与全要素出发,基于财务视角以终为始串联起项目管理的总逻辑,对新宏观环境下化工类项目的管理创新进行了探索研究。希望能为化工类项目管理人员提供借鉴,并对我国化工产业的长期健康发展产生促进作用。

The chemical industry is an important pillar industry in China and plays an important role in the national economy.In recent years,with the acceleration of the transformation and upgrading of the chemical industry,the accumulation of macroeconomic complex factors,and the emergence of new changes in the comprehensive investment environment,the industry's requirements for chemical project management have increased significantly.Chemical projects combine the complexity of the technical field,the macro nature of the policy field,the comprehensive nature of the financial field and the multi-dimensional nature of the management field.Optimizing the management of chemical projects from a financial perspective is of great significance to the healthy development of chemical enterprises and the effective return on investment.Starting from the whole process and all elements of project management before,during and after the event,this study explores the management innovation of chemical projects in the new macro environment based on the general logic of project management from the perspective of finance.It is hoped to provide reference for chemical project managers and promote the long-term healthy development of China's chemical industry.
