校企协同育人与本地化翻译人才培养--以广东科技学院外国语学院为例

School-Enterprise Collaborative Education and Localized Translation Talent Training:Taking School of Foreign Languages,Guangdong University of Science and Technology as an Example

以“产学研”合作为背景,探索通过学校、应用翻译研究所、企业、实践基地等各方联动,构建协同育人平台,进行人才培养模式的改革,打造精准化人才培养模式,通过资源整合和优化师资队伍,以较全面、科学的校企合作人才培养模式指导翻译专业及各专业翻译课程建设,以利于产教融合和校企合作;互通教育资源,培养具有较强实践能力和交际能力、适合区域经济发展的应用型、本地化翻译人才,以帮助学生更好地适应就业市场,服务地方经济。

With the“industry-school-research”cooperation as the background,this paper explores to build a collaborative education platform through the interaction of schools,applied translation research institutes,enterprises,practice bases and other parties,carry out the reform of talent training mode,and create a precise talent training mode.Through resource integration and optimization of the teaching staff,we guide the construction of translation majors and translation courses of all majors with a more comprehensive and scientific school-enterprise cooperation talent training model,so as to facilitate the integration of industry and education,school-enterprise cooperation,exchange educational resources,and cultivate application-oriented and localized translation talents with strong practical and communicative abilities,suitable for regional economic development,so as to help students better adapt to the employment market and serve the local economy.
