高职院校党务工作者“双线”晋升激励机制的探索

加强高职院校党务工作者队伍建设,提升党务工作者队伍的专业化、职业化水平,是提升高职院校党建工作质量的重要基础。要配齐建强高校党务工作队伍,落实党务干部职务职级“双线”晋升等有关要求,健全保障激励机制,使他们干事有动力、待遇有保障、发展有空间。通过梳理党务工作者“双线”晋升的困局,并分析原因,探索构建党务工作者职务职称“双线”晋升的破局策略,为高职院校推进党务工作者专业化、职业化建设提供重要参考。
