研究生教育是高等教育的重要内容,专业学位研究生是适应产业化需求新形势下研究生培养的重要组成部分。随着招生规模的扩大,教育教学和就业等方面出现了新的问题,为高校研究生培养提出了重要的值得研究和探索的课题。以园艺专业的专业学位研究生为例,就教育目标、培养方案、课程设置、毕业论文和实践环节等方面进行了分析,提出了专业学位教育导向的重要性和影响培养质量的瓶颈问题,并提出了理论与实践紧密结合和加强就业指导的解决途径,为保证专业学位研究生的培养质量提供了依据和参考。

Education of postgraduates is an important part of higher education,and professional degree postgraduates are an important part of postgraduate training to meet the new situation of industrialization.With the expansion of the enrollment scale,various problems appear in education,teaching and employment and so on.In order to solve these problems,we take the professional degree postgraduates of horticulture as an example to analyze the education objectives,training programs,curriculum,graduation thesis and practice links,put forward the importance of professional degree education orientation and the bottleneck problems that affect the training quality,and put forward the solutions that closely integrate theory with practice and strengthen employment guidance,which can provide a basis and reference for ensuring the training quality of professional degree postgraduates.
