地方型高校研究生教育质量提升路径探索——以湖北文理学院为例

Exploration on the Ways of Improving the Quality of Postgraduate Education in Local Colleges and Universities:Taking Hubei University of Arts and Science as an Example

随着研究生招生规模的急剧扩张,我国研究生教育迅速跨入新的阶段,如何实现教育质量同频提升,成为地方型高校亟待解决的重点和难点。地方型高校的研究生教育主要存在课程设置与专业培养方向不够贴合、导学关系理解不够深入、缺乏科学有效的质量评价体系等突出问题。在发挥学校主战场作用的同时,灵活学术成果形式,严格培养过程管理,聚焦学位论文质量,并加强研究生思想政治教育,进一步构建科学有效的研究生教育质量评价体系,为地方型高校研究生教育高质量发展提供新的科学依据。

With the rapid expansion of postgraduate enrollment,postgraduate education has been quickly entered into a new stage.How to improve the quality of education at the same time has become the important and difficult problem for the local colleges and universities.Problems such as incompatibility of curriculum setting and professional training direction,lack of learning guidance relationship understanding,lack of scientific and effective quality evaluation system in postgraduate education need to be solved urgently.We strictly manage the training process,focus on the quality of dissertations,strengthen the ideological and political education of postgraduates,further build a scientific and effective evaluation system for the quality of postgraduate education,and provide a new scientific basis for the high-quality development of postgraduate education in local colleges and universities.
