优化手术室护理路径在行腔镜下甲状腺切除术患者中的应用效果

Application effect of optimized operating room nursing pathway in patients undergoing endoscopic thyroidectomy

目的 探讨行腔镜下甲状腺切除术患者应用优化手术室护理路径的效果。方法 回顾性分析2021年1月至2022年1月于广西医科大学第一附属医院接受腔镜下甲状腺切除术治疗的92例患者的临床资料,按照护理措施的不同将纳入对象划分成对照组(47例)和观察组(45例)。对照组给予常规围手术期护理,观察组则施以优化手术室护理路径。比较2组的术后相关指标、疼痛程度和并发症发生率。结果 观察组的术后进食时间、排气时间及下床活动时间均早于对照组,引流时间和住院时间均短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P均<0.05)。术后48 h、术后3 d及出院前,对照组和观察组的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于术前(P均<0.05),且观察组均低于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。结论 优化手术室护理路径可加速行腔镜下甲状腺切除术患者的术后康复进程,缓解疼痛症状,并降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of optimized nursing pathway of operating room on the patients undergoing endoscopic thyroidectomy.Methods The clinical data of 92 patients who underwent endoscopic thyroidectomy at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January 2021 to January 2022 were analyzed retrospectively.The subjects were divided into a control group(47 cases)and an observation group(45 cases)according to different nursing measures.The control group was given routine perioperative nursing,while the observation group was given optimized nursing pathway of the operating room.The postoperative related indicators,pain intensity,and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The time of eating,exhaust,and ambulation in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group.The drainage duration and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group.The complication rate was lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05).At 48 hrs and 3 days after operation and before discharge,the scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)in the control and observation groups were lower than those before operation(all P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The optimized nursing pathway of operating room can accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation process of patients undergoing endoscopic thyroidectomy,alleviate their pain,and reduce the complication rate.
