穴位贴敷联合中医护理干预对支气管哮喘缓解期患者肺功能的影响

Effect of acupoint application and traditional Chinese medicine nursing interventionon the pulmonary function of bronchial asthma patients in remission stage

目的 评价穴位贴敷联合中医护理干预在支气管哮喘(BA)缓解期患者中的实施效果。方法 选取2020年1月至2021年12月昆山市中西医结合医院收治的108例BA缓解期患者作为研究对象,按简单随机抽样法分入对照组(54例)和观察组(54例)。对照组实施西医综合护理,观察组实施穴位贴敷联合中医护理干预,比较2组的干预效果(临床有效率、肺功能指标、炎症因子水平和生活质量)。结果 观察组的临床总有效率为96.30%,较对照组的83.33%更高(P<0.05)。出院时和出院后1个月,2组的呼气流量峰值、用力肺活量和第1秒用力呼气容积均比干预前更优,且观察组均比同期对照组更优;出院时,2组的肿瘤坏死因子-α、白介素-6、白介素-8和C反应蛋白水平均比干预前更低,且观察组均比对照组更低;出院后1个月,2组的圣乔治呼吸问卷3个维度评分均比干预前更低,且观察组均比对照组更低,上述比较均存在统计学差异(P均<0.05)。结论 穴位贴敷联合中医护理干预对BA缓解期患者临床效果的提升、肺功能的改善、炎症因子水平的降低以及生活质量的提高均可起到积极影响。

Objective To evaluate the effect of acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on the bronchial asthma(BA)patients in remission stage.Methods From January 2020 to December 2021,108 BA patients in remission stage at Kunshan Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were selected as the research subjects.They were assigned into a control group(54 cases)and an observation group(54 cases)through simple random sampling.The control group was given comprehensive western medicine nursing,and the observation group was given acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention.The intervention effects(clinical efficacy,pulmonary function indicators,inflammatory factor levels,and quality of life)were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 96.30%,which was higher than 83.33%of the control group(P<0.05).At discharge and 1 month after discharge,the peak expiratory flow,forced vital capacity,and forced expiratory volume in 1 second of the two groups were all better than those before intervention,and the indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group.At discharge,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6,interleukin-8,and Creactive protein in the two groups were all lower than those before intervention,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.At 1 month after discharge,the scores of 3 dimensions of the St.George􀆳s respiratory questionnaire in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The above comparisons were significantly different(all P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention has a positive impact on the improvement of clinical efficacy,pulmonary function,and quality of life and the reduction of inflammatory factor levels in BA patients in remission stage.
