农村小学全科教师职前培养的困境及突破

摘要 培养小学全科教师是优化农村教师队伍,促进农村儿童全面发展,推动乡村教育振兴的有力保障。当前,在农村小学全科教师职前培养过程中,专业认知、师资队伍、课程体系与教育实践等方面还存在一些不足。基于此,进一步激发全科型小学教育师范生的教育情怀,提升高校教师专业化水平,优化全科培养课程体系,提升全科教学技能可以有效纾解上述难题。 The training of general teachers in primary schools is a powerful guarantee for optimizing the team of rural teachers,promoting the all-round development of rural children,and promoting the revitalization of rural education.At present,there are still some shortcomings in terms of professional cognition,teaching staff,curriculum system and educational practice in the process of pre-service training of general teachers in rural primary schools.Based on this,further stimulating the educational feelings of normal students in general primary education,improving the professional level of college teachers,optimizing the general training curriculum system,and improving general teaching skills can effectively alleviate the above problems.
