摘要
在充分分析工程实训教学现状的基础上,以创新能力培养为目标,创造性地提出“多功能+”的理论,并在该理论指导下,依托项目教学手段进行研究与实践,有效地解决了在工程实训过程中培养创新能力的问题。实施过程中学生以小组为单位,进行了“多功能手锤设计”的实践教学,培养了学生的创新能力、设计能力、自主学习能力、解决复杂工程问题能力和团队合作意识,取得了较好的教学效果。
On the basis of fully analyzing the current situation of engineering training and teaching,the theory of “multifunction+” is creatively put forward with the aim of the cultivation of innovative ability.Under the guidance of this theory,the problem of cultivating innovative ability in the process of engineering training is effectively solved relying on the research and practice of project teaching methods.In the implementation process,the students took the group as a unit to carry out the practical teaching of “multifunctional hand hammer design”,which cultivated students’ innovative ability,design ability,independent learning ability,ability to solve complex engineering problems and team cooperation awareness,and achieved good teaching results.
