新时期工程质量监督的管理探析

Management of Project Quality Supervision in the New Era

工程质量监督由工程质量管理不断完善而来,1984年国务院发布《关于改革建筑业和基本建设管理体制若干问题的暂行规定》,30多年来,工程质量监督发挥的作用是有效的,也是非常重要的,但同时也要清醒认识到目前建筑市场鱼龙混杂,质量通病屡屡出现,工程质量事故时有发生,造成的原因是多方面的。为此,着重分析建筑市场乱象和工程质量监督机构如何综合运用有效资源开展工作,更好适应新时代发展,使得工程质量更有保证,也可为同行提供参考。

The project quality supervision comes from the continuous improvement of the project quality management.In 1984,the State Council issued the Interim Provisions on Several Issues Concerning the Reform of the Construction Industry and Capital Construction Manage‐ment System.Over the past 30 years,the role of the project quality supervision is effective and very important,but at the same time,we should be aware that the construction market is a mixture of good and bad,common quality problems occur frequently,and project quality accidents occur from time to time,The causes are various.For this reason,focuses on the analysis of the chaos in the construction market and how the engineering quality supervision institutions can comprehensively use effective resources to carry out their work,better adapt to the development of the new era,make the project quality more guaranteed,and also provide reference for peers.
