摘要
结合某厂房项目,对网架整体顶升施工技术进行研究,介绍了地面拼装、顶升点的设置、下部顶升架的设计、独立柱端头的设置、顶升点附件杆件替换等关键技术及难点,通过Midas有限元分析软件模拟网架及顶升架在顶升作业施工工况并实时监测,实现了网架拼装平面流水平行作业,保证了顶升过程中网架结构受力合理、变形可控,提高了整体顶升作业的安全性和施工效率。
Combined with a plant project,the integral lifting construction technology of the grid frame was studied,the key technologies and difficulties such as the ground assembly,the setting of the lifting point,the design of the lower lifting frame,the setting of the inde‐pendent column end,the replacement of the attachment members of the lifting point were introduced,and the construction conditions of the grid frame and the lifting frame in the lifting operation were simulated by Midas finite element analysis software and monitored in real time,which realized the parallel operation of the assembly plane of the grid frame,which ensured that the structure of the grid frame was reasonably stressed and the deformation was controllable during the lifting process,and the safety and construction efficiency of the integral lifting operation were improved.
