Foreign Trade High Quality Fevelopment Suggestions of Liaoning Province

东北振兴战略与辽宁自贸区建设,彰显了我国对老工业基地振兴发展的热切期望。“十四五”时期,如何实现外贸和经济高质量发展。选取东三省之一的辽宁省为研究对象并进行实证分析,探究前述两项政策的外贸增长效应。结果显示:东北振兴战略的实施与辽宁贸易出口额呈明显的正相关,辽宁自贸区制度创新带来的区内交易成本降低和贸易便捷度提升,其影响力有待累积和推广。针对外贸高质量发展提出了稳抓创新打造软实力、积极融入区域经济以期抱团取暖协同发展和深化自贸区制度建设等对策建议。

The implementation of Strategy of Revitalizing Northeast China and Liaoning Pilot Free Trade Zone have highlighted China’s eager expectation for the revitalization and development of old industrial bases. During the ‘14th Five-Year’ period, how to achieve high-quality development of foreign trade and economy has aroused widespread concern. Therefore, this paper selects Liaoning Province, one of the three eastern provinces, as the research object and conducts empirical analysis to explore the foreign trade growth effects of the above two policies. The results show that the implementation of the Strategy of Revitalizing Northeast China is signiffcantly positively correlated with Liaoning’ s trade export volume. Much reduction of regional transaction costs and the improvement of trade convenience brought about by the institutional innovation of Liaoning Pilot Free Trade Zone, with its influence to be accumulated and promoted. In view of the high-quality development of foreign trade, it is proposed to ffrmly grasp innovation to build the soft power of the province and actively integrate into the regional economy to strengthen team coordination development and deepen the construction of FTZ system.
