摘要
目的 建立同时测定空气PM2.5中NO_(3)^(-)、SO_(4)^(2-)、F^(-)、Cl^(-) 4种阴离子的离子色谱法。方法 样品经前处理,水浴超声浸提,参照国家标准GB/T 5750.5-2006《生活饮用水标准检验方法无机非金属指标》,用0.45μm滤头过滤后,上离子色谱仪进行测定,经阴离子色谱柱分离及电导检测器检测,采用外标法进行定量分析。结果 F^(-)、Cl^(-)、NO_(3)^(-)、SO_(4)^(2-)4种阴离子的线性回归方程的相关系数良好(r均达到0.999 9),加标回收率为96.0%~98.9%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.61%~2.14%(n=6)。结论 该方法处理样品简便、快速,节约能源、对环境污染小,方法的灵敏度高、重现性好,可用于PM2.5中4种阴离子的检测。
Objective To test the air pollution(Haze) population health impact, an ion chromatography method was established for the simultaneous determination of PM2.5, including NO_(3)^(-), SO_(4)^(2-), F^(-), Cl^(-)4 anions.Methods After pretreatment, ultrasonic bath extraction, and filtration with 0.45 μm filter, the samples were detected on ion chromatography according to GB GB/T 5750.5-2006 Standard examination methods for drinking water-Non-metallic parameters. The samples were separated by anion chromatography column and detected by conductivity detector, and the external standard method was applied for quantitative analysis. Results F^(-), Cl^(-), NO_(3)^(-), SO_(4)^(2-)of the linear regression equation of the correlation coefficient R reached 0.999 9, the recovery rate was 96.0%~98.9%, the relative standard deviation was 0.61%~2.14%(n=6).Conclusion The method applied in the research is simple, rapid for processing, energy-saving, with little environmental pollution, high sensitivity and good reproducibility, which indicates that it can be used for the detection of 4 kinds of anions in the haze air PM2.5.
