摘要
目的:研究九味补血口服液在大鼠血浆、尿液中的吸收及代谢情况。方法:采用UPLC-Q-TOF/MS联用技术,大鼠灌胃3 d后采血样、尿液分析。结果:九味补血口服液中五味子活性成分吸收后主要分布于血浆中;陈皮成分5-去甲基川陈皮素、5-羟基酸橙素等,黄芪成分毛蕊异黄酮、芒柄花黄素等,甘草活性成分甘草素等吸收后主要经尿液排出体外。结论:本研究在血样与尿样中共鉴定出了27个原型成分,发现五味子、陈皮主要组分经吸收后大量分布于血浆中,表明五味子、陈皮也可能是本药品潜在药效物质,研究结果为阐明该制剂的药效物质基础和药理作用提供依据。
Objective To study the absorption and metabolism of the main components of Jiuwei Buxue oral solution in rat plasma and urine.Methods After ig for 3 days,UPLC-Q-TOF/MS method was applied to analyze the plasma and urine of rats.Results The components in Schisandra chinensis such as Schisantherin A are mainly distributed in plasma;The constituents such as 5-demethyl nobiletin and 5-hydroxy auraco min from tangerine peel,the constituents such as calycosin and formononetin from Radix Astragali,and the constituents such as liquiritigenin from Radix Glycyrrhiza were mainly distributed in urine and excreted by urine.Conclusions A total of 27 prototype components were identified in blood and urine in the study.It was found that the main components of Schisandra chinensis and tangerine peel were largely distributed in plasma,indicating that Schisandra chinensis and tangerine peel may also be potential pharmacodynamic substances of this drug.The results provide a basis for the active materials and pharmacological effects of Jiuwei Buxue oral solution.
