摘要
随着经济水平的提升,人们的生活方式和饮食结构都发生了比较明显的改变。人们为了满足身体和心理需求,会进食更多高热量的食物,再加上日常缺乏积极有效的运动,体内的糖分和脂肪无法正常代谢,这在一定程度上增加了人们患糖尿病的概率。2型糖尿病是一种常见慢性疾病,目前在临床主要是通过药物治疗,并结合适当的运动与饮食控制来达到控制血糖的目的。对于2型糖尿病患者来说,饮食护理是非常重要的内容,饮食习惯和饮食方式都会对患者的血糖控制效果产生重要影响。做好饮食护理工作,不仅可以控制患者各种营养物质的摄入量,将患者的血糖控制在合理的范围内,还能够降低患者出现糖尿病并发症的发生率,从而提高患者的生活质量。本文针对2型糖尿病饮食护理研究进展进行综述,以期为2型糖尿病患者的饮食护理提供帮助。
With the improvement of the economic level,people’s lifestyle and diet structure have changed significantly. In order to meet physical and psychological needs,people will eat a lot of high-calorie food.Coupled with lack of active and effective exercise,sugar and fat in the body cannot be metabolized normally,which increases the probability of people suffering from diabetes mellitus to a certain extent.Type 2 diabetes mellitus is a common chronic disease. At present,in clinical practice,blood glucose control is mainly achieved through drug treatment combined with proper exercise and diet control. For patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,diet nursing is the very important content,diet habits and diet style will have an important impact on the patient’s blood glucose control effect. A good diet nursing work can not only control the patient’s intake of various nutrition,control the patient’s blood glucose in a relatively safe range,but also reduce the incidence of diabetes mellitus complications,thereby improving the life quality of the patients. This article summarizes the research progress of diet nursing of type 2 diabetes mellitus,in order to provide help for the diet nursing of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
