摘要
目的 探析慢性心衰患者护理中应用个体化健康教育的效果,为临床治疗提供帮助。方法 选择2019年8月—2020年8月高唐县人民医院收治的66例慢性心衰患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法划分为观察组和对照组,每组各33例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组开展个体化健康教育,比较两组患者护理后的健康知识掌握度、用药依从性、护理服务满意度及护理效果。结果 观察组患者接受护理服务后的健康知识掌握度评分、用药依从性评分、护理满意度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的心衰治疗总有效率为96.97%,高于对照组的78.79%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 慢性心衰患者护理中开展个体化健康教育,可帮助患者掌握疾病相关的健康知识,提升患者治疗期间的依从性及护理满意度,获得更好的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of individualized health education on the nursing of patients with chronic heart failure,to provide help for clinical treatment. Methods A total of 66 patients with chronic heart failure treated in Gaotang People’s Hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 33 cases in each group. Routine nursing intervention was carried out in the control group,and individualized health education was carried out in the observation group. The scores of health knowledge mastery,medication compliance and nursing service satisfaction degree and the nursing effect of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of health knowledge mastery,medication compliance and nursing satisfaction degree in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.97%,which was higher than78.79% of the control group,and the differences was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Carrying out individualized health education in the nursing of patients with chronic heart failure could help patients master disease-related health knowledge,improve patients’ compliance and nursing satisfaction during treatment,and obtain better treatment results,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
