天麻素注射液联合倍他司汀对急性眩晕症患者血脂指标及脑血流参数的影响

Effects of Gastrodin Injection Combined with Betahistine on Blood Lipid Indexes and Cerebral Blood Parameters in Patients with Acute Vertigo

目的:探讨天麻素注射液联合倍他司汀对急性眩晕症患者血脂指标及脑血流参数的影响。方法:选择2021年1月至12月于新余市人民医院治疗的82例急性眩晕症患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各41例。对照组采用倍他司汀治疗,观察组采用倍他司汀、天麻素注射液治疗。比较两组血脂指标、脑血流参数及不良反应。结果:治疗后观察组总胆固醇(TG)(1.36±0.70)mmol/L、甘油三酯(TC)(4.29±1.02)mmol/L、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)(2.28±0.69)mmol/L低于对照组,治疗后右椎动脉(RVA)(13.59±2.71)cm/s、左椎动脉(LVA)(48.92±6.31)cm/s及基底动脉(BA)(48.33±5.40)cm/s高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组总不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:急性眩晕症患者采用天麻素注射液联合倍他司汀治疗可改善患者血脂水平及RVA、LVA、BA水平,改善脑部血流状态,临床应用安全、可靠。

Objective:To investigate the effect of gastrodin injection combined with betahistine on blood lipid indexes and cerebral blood flow parameters in patients with acute vertigo.Methods:A total of 82 patients with acute vertigo who were treated in Xinyu People's Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with betahistine,and the observation group was treated with betahistine and gastrodin injection.The blood lipid indexes,cerebral blood flow parameters and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,total cholesterol(TG)(1.36±0.70)mmol/L,triglyceride(TC)(4.29±1.02)mmol/L,low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C)(2.28±0.69)mmol/L in observation group was lower than the control group;right vertebral artery(RVA)(13.59±2.71)cm/s,left vertebral artery(LVA)(48.92±6.31)cm/s and basilar artery(BA)(48.33±5.40)cm/s was higher than that of the control group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05);there was no statistical difference in the total adverse reaction rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Combined treatment of gastrodin injection and betahistine in patients with acute vertigo can improve blood lipid levels,RVA,LVA,BA levels,and improve cerebral blood flow.The clinical application is safe and reliable.
