基于单质碘诱导银包金核壳纳米颗粒形变的过氧化氢和葡萄糖检测方法研究

摘要 目的建立基于单质碘(I_(2))诱导银包金核壳纳米颗粒(Au@Ag NPs)形变的比色传感器检测过氧化氢(hydrogen peroxide,H_(2)O_(2))和葡萄糖的方法。方法在钼酸铵的催化下,H_(2)O_(2)氧化碘化钾产生I_(2)诱导Au@Ag NPs形成Au-Ag I异质结,其溶液的颜色由橙色变为蓝紫色,从而实现H_(2)O_(2)的比色法检测;基于葡萄糖氧化酶(glucose oxidase,GOx)催化葡萄糖氧化生成H_(2)O_(2)来间接测定葡萄糖的含量。结果800μmol/L碘化钾、800μmol/L钼酸铵、p H 4、反应时间40 min为最佳检测条件;H_(2)O_(2)和葡萄糖浓度线性范围分别为30~200μmol/L和150~300μmol/L。以饮料为实际样品,通过标准加入法测定葡萄糖的含量,加标样品的回收率范围在96%~103%。结论该方法操作简单、检测快速,可用于饮料样品中葡萄糖的可视化检测,并具有较高的准确度。 Objective To establish a colorimetric sensor for detecting hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2)) and glucose based on elemental iodine(I_(2))-induced Au@Ag core-shell nanoparticle(Au@Ag NPs)morphological deformation.Methods Under the catalysis of ammonium molybdenate,H_(2)O_(2) oxidized potassium iodide to produce I_(2),which etched Au@Ag NPs to form Au-Ag I heterojunction,and the color of the solution changed from orange to blue-purple,so as to achieve colorimetric detection of H_(2)O_(2).The content of glucose was indirectly determined based on glucose oxidase(GOx)catalyzing glucose oxidation to form H_(2)O_(2).Results Potassium iodide concentration at 800μmol/L,ammonium molybdenate concentration at 800μmol/L,p H 4 and reaction time of 40 min were the optimal detection conditions;the linear ranges for H_(2)O_(2) and glucose were 30?200μmol/L and 150?300μmol/L,respectively.Choosing the beverage as the actual sample,the content of glucose was determined by the standard addition method,and the recoveries of the spiked samples ranged from 96%to 103%.Conclusion The method is simple and fast,and can be used for visualized glucose detection in beverage samples with high accuracy.
