Practice of Integration of Sports and Medicine in the Perspective of Healthy China:Progress and Prospect

运用文献资料、实地调研等方法,探究健康中国视角下体医融合实践进展,并对未来发展进行展望。健康中国视角下我国体医融合政策和制度逐步健全、机制和平台不断完善、推进路径和模式逐渐清晰。面临的问题:重医轻防,重“治已病”轻“防未病”;基层薄弱,向社区、家庭延伸不充分;结构失衡,地区、城乡和人群间发展不均衡;范式单一,中国特色彰显不足;技术滞后,数字智慧程度偏低。展望:预防为主,从“医”向“卫”转变;强化基层,推动依托社区和家庭的延伸服务;统筹兼顾,促进地区、城乡和人群间均衡化发展;范式多元,以传统体育和传统医学融合的典范为启发;数智赋能,研发体医数字化产品。

By using the methods of literature review and fi eld research,this paper explored the progress of the practice of integration of sports and medicine from the perspective of Healthy China,and looked forward to the future development.From the perspective of Healthy China,the policy and system for the integration of sports and medicine are gradually improved,the mechanism and platform are continuously improved,and the path and mode are gradually clear.However,the practice of integration of sports and medicine is faced with the following problems:It attaches more importance to medical treatment than prevention,that is,treating the disease rather than preventing the disease.It is weak at the grassroots level and does not extend adequately to communities and families.Its structure is unbalanced,and the development between regions,urban and rural areas and people is not balanced.It has a single paradigm and insufficient Chinese characteristics.It is technologically backward and digitally savvy.Prospect:We should focus on prevention and shift from medicine to health,strengthen grassroots efforts to promote community-and family-based outreach services,take overall consideration and promote balanced development among regions,urban and rural areas,and among people,diversify our paradigms and inspired by the model of traditional sports and traditional medicine,and empower digital intelligence to develop digital products for the integration of sports and medicine.
