Value Effi ciency and Promotion Path of Blockchain Embedded in Community Sports Governance

运用文献资料法、访谈法和实地调查法等,基于社区体育治理的现状和目标,探索区块链嵌入社区体育治理的价值效能与推进路径。我国社区体育治理的现状与目标:亟待形成多元主体共治的治理格局、亟须构建协同高效的治理机制、需要实现透明开放的治理过程信息。价值效能:实现治理主体的多元化与均等化、促进治理机制的精准化与高效化、提升治理过程的透明度与可信度。推进路径:凝聚多元主体价值与共识,共建区块链技术驱动下的治理结构;紧密结合社区体育治理的现实场景,完善区块链应用技术;健全法律法规与行业标准,对社区体育现行制度进行适配性调整。

Based on the current situation and goals of community sports governance,this paper explored the value efficiency and promotion path of blockchain embedded community sports governance by us ing the methods of literature review,interview and field investigation.The current situation and goals of community sports governance in China:It is urgent to form a governance pattern of multi-subject co-governance,to build a collaborative and efficient governance mechanism,and to realize transparent and open governance process information.Value efficiency:It can realize the diversification and equalization of governance subjects,promote the accuracy and efficiency of governance mechanism,and enhance the transparency and credibility of governance process.Promotion path:We should gather multi-subject value and consensus to build a governance structure driven by blockchain technology,closely combine with the reality of community sports governance to improve the blockchain application technology,and improve the laws and regulations and industry standards to adapt the current system of community sports.
