社会支持视角下“大先生”培养的阻力与路径研究 被引量:1

Research on the Dilemma and Countermeasures of“Great Teacher”Cultivation from the Perspective of Social Support

摘要 教育改革的持续推进和教师专业素养的提升,给教师提出了更高的要求,即成为“大先生”。其中,培养教师成为“大先生”,社会支持是必不可少的力量。本研究通过社会支持理论透视培养“大先生”的必要性:加速社会的进步;指引教师实践;塑造学生的人格。阐述“大先生”养成的社会支持的构成:政府支持、相关教育机构支持、教师支持、舆论支持、业内专业人士支持、社会非财政投入支持。深度剖析其在过程中出现的问题:各社会支持间互不关联;教育经费投入不足;社会支持失衡;教育工作者“不作为”。基于此,本研究提出了相应的对策:确定政府的引导作用;大力发展民间力量;转变教育工作者的基本思路。旨在为培养新时代的“大先生”提供参考意见。 With the sustainable advancement of education reform and the improvement of teachers.professional quality,teachers are required to have higher qualification in order to become“academic educators”.Social support is an essential factor for“academic educators”.This research analyzes the necessity of cultivating“academic educators”.With the help of the theory of social support,this study looks into the necessity of cultivating“academic educators”.It accelerates social progress,guides teachers to practice,and shapes students.personality.The constituent parts of social support are:government support,support from relevant educational institutions,teacher support,public opinion support,support from experts in the industry,and support from social non-financial investment.To analyze the problems that emerged in the process,we can find the unrelated social support,insufficient investment in education budget,unbalanced social support and the inaction of educators.The corresponding countermeasures are:defining the guiding role of the government;vigorously developing civil forces;changing the basic thinking of educators.It aims to give a reference to cultivate“academic educators”in the new era.
