新时代大学生参与乡村短期公益支教的理论与实践研究

The Theoretical and Practical Study of College Students’ Short-term Participation as Volunteers in Rural Education in the New Era

为进一步推动大学生乡村短期公益支教制度化、常态化发展,通过应用定性研究法、走访调研法、文献研究法等研究方法,研究了我国大学生短期乡村短期公益支教的意义、存在的问题,并研究给出“担当作为,明确政策支持;拔高水准,凝聚基层共识;同向并力,保障经费支持;选优培强,完善选拔和培训制度;完善立法,形成制度保障”的“五维一体”实践新模式,有利于促进和完善乡村支教事业发展。

In order to promote the institutionalization and normalization of college students’ short-term participation in rural volunteer-education in the new era, the paper conducts a theoretical and practical study by qualitative research methods, visiting and investigation, literature research and other research methods. The paper examines the significance and problems of the program. The paper creates “Five-into-one Approach” as taking responsibility and clarifying policy support;promoting standards and building consensus at the grassroots level;working together to ensuring funding support;selecting and nurturing talents, improving system for selecting and training;improving legislation and forming a system security. The results indicate that the model has important implications for the promotion and improvement of the development of rural education.
