摘要
电渣炉因其自身的特性,产生设备性热停工的几率较高,处理时间较长,热停工的产生严重影响了生产的连续性和增加了废钢的风险,有效地降低电渣炉的热停工,对提高设备的可开动率和生产效率,意义重大。
Because of the inherent characteristics of ESR,the probability of generating equipment thermal shutdown is generally higher than that of other steelmaking equipment,and the occurrence of thermal shutdown seriously affects the continuity of production and increases the risk of steel scrapping,effectively reducing the thermal shutdown of ESR,which is of great significance to improving the starting rate and production efficiency of equipment.
