Development of a Special Tooling for the Installation of 500 kV GIL Pipeline

基于北京某500 k V变电站GIL管廊改造工程,针对停电时间紧张、运行间隔内设备紧凑、母线对地高度小的特点,研制了一种配合叉车使用的专用工装。投入生产后,极大程度缩短了施工周期,节约了施工成本,降低了安全风险,进而证明所研制的工装带来的社会效益与经济效益是可观的,具有一定的推广应用价值。

Based on the GIL pipeline transformation project of a 500 kV substation in Beijing,a special tooling for fork‐lift is developed according to these characteristics,for instance,time-crunched,compaction of equipment in operation re‐gion,low altitude of bus to ground.After putting into use,the construction period is greatly shortened,meanwhile,the construction cost is saved and the safety risk is reduced.The social and economic benefits brought by the tooling are considerable,as a consequence,this special tooling is worthy of popularizing and applying.
