中医药防控近视的药理作用及疗效

The pharmacological action and clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine for oral adminis⁃tration and external application on prevention and control of myopia

近视在我国的发病率日益攀升,如何降低其发病率已经引起全社会的广泛关注。近视成因包括遗传因素、环境因素等多个方面,不仅导致视力下降,还会引起黄斑病变、视网膜脱离、白内障、青光眼等一系列致盲的并发症,如何有效地预防近视发生发展是中西医共同面临的一大难题。目前西医主要采用光学矫正、药物、手术等治疗方式防控近视,其疗效在临床中已得到证实;中医主要采用中药内服外用、针灸、耳穴等一系列治疗方法防控近视,在改善微循环、提高机体抗氧化能力等方面有显著作用。本文旨在对中医药防控近视的药理作用及临床疗效方面加以综述。

The incidence rate of myopia in China is increasing day by day.How to reduce the incidence rate of myopia has caused widespread concern in the whole society.The causes of myo⁃pia include genetic factors,environmental factors,and other aspects.It not only leads to decline of vision,but also causes a series of blindness complications,such as macular degeneration,retinal detachment,cataract,glaucoma and so on.How to effectively prevent the occurrence and develop⁃ment of myopia is a major problem faced by both Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine.At present,Western Medicine mainly uses optical correction,medicine,surgery and other treatment methods to prevent and control myopia,and its curative effect has been confirmed in the clinic.Traditinal Chinese Medicine(TCM)mainly uses a series of treatment methods such as oral admin⁃istration and external application of herbal medicine,acupuncture and auricular points stimulus to prevent and control myopia,which have a significant effect on improving microcirculation,improving body antioxidant capacity and so on.However,TCM and Western Medicine have their own ad⁃vantages and disadvantages in the prevention and control of myopia.This article aims to review the pharmacological and clinical effects of the internal and external use of herbal medicine for the prevention and control of myopia.
